Hanetsuki (Winged) Gyoza

Winged gyoza extremely popular as Kamata’s specialty. Kamata is home to many shops where you can enjoy winged gyoza, each of which offers its own unique taste. Among others, Kamata’s three top gyoza shops owned by Yagi Brothers, the father of winged gyoza can be found here.

Nihao

In pursuit of genuine gyoza, the shop prepares ingredients all by hand with no help of a machine.
The filling of Chinese cabbage and cabbage is very juicy with meat juice and vegetable umami deliciously mixing.
