Bacon Egg Burger with Cheddar Cheese Topping
Walk about 5 minutes from Anamori-inari Station or Otorii Station on the Keikyu Airport Line, and you will find JUICY BURGER on Kanpachi-dori, just beside the Haneda Entrance to the Haneda Route of the Shuto Expressway. It is a burger joint where the interior and exterior styling as well as the staff and the signature taste all create a New York-style atmosphere.

Let’s take a look at the main attraction, the hamburger. We came to JUICY BURGER in September, and the staff mentioned that the most popular menu item at the time was the Bacon Egg Burger with Cheddar Cheese Topping. It’s a very reasonably priced combo! This combo even includes a drink.
Now, let’s give it a try. The thick, flavorful, and juicy patty, which is even heartier than it looks, combines with the crispy bun for a taste you will surely be hooked on.
JUICY BURGER is actually produced by STEAK HOUSE DOUBLE, a hamburg steak and steak specialty restaurant in Ikebukuro, which is why they have such confidence in the flavor of their beef!

According to Mr. Nishimoto, the owner, beef from the US is the best choice for hamburgers, so they mainly use US Angus beef to create their thick 100g blended patties.
The buns are specially made from whole grain to pair well with the juicy patties. Since the texture is so light, even if the burger itself is very hearty, the impression you get after eating one is light and you’ll feel like you can eat another one. The sauce is made with ketchup and mustard relish. This gives a great accent to the burger!
* Relish: Minced pickles
This is what the takeout version looks like.
In addition to takeout, they also offer deliveries to some nearby destinations. What a convenient arrangement!
Mr. Nishimoto, the owner, previously worked in the music industry in the genre of hip hop. He wanted to create a place where hip hop lovers can gather, and this is the reason why he opened JUICY BURGER.
The interior is filled with hip hop record jackets and posters, and reminds you of a New York burger joint.

MULBE, one of the staff introduced earlier, and MEGA-G, the restaurant manager (who unfortunately was not there at the time of our visit), are both famous hip hop artists. It would be exciting for hip hop fans to experience having these adored artists make burgers for you.

JUICY BURGER was actually named after a song by a hip hop artist that the store manager MEGA-G loves.
We hope you enjoyed learning about JUICY BURGER, which tries to create a New York-style feeling. The perfect balance between the patty and bun will never grow tiresome. It’s definitely worth a try!
